Managing chronic disease reviews (including insulin) (recalls processed by admin team).

Running baby immunisations and vaccination clinics.

Current smear taker.

Wound care & Dressings.

Injectables.

Experience Required:

NMC Registration

At least 1 year’s experience working in General Practice

Experience with EMIS

Managing chronic disease review

Expected hours: 18 per week

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the

appropriate person or department

- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries

- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars

- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and faxing

- Assist with data entry and record keeping

- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
